  16. Go hiking in the Grand Canyon (Update: We have visited the Grand Canyon, but "hiked" with two small children. I hope to go back for some more adventurous hiking.)

Well, you don't want to do much, do you? This is a fantastic list! When we stayed on Melbourne Beach last May there was a slight chance we'd get to see mother sea turtles laying their eggs. Of course, we couldn't see anything, and we couldn't go down to the beach until sunrise....but there were tracks! It was really cool! :D

Oh, that is so cool, Bethany. Too bad you didn't actually get to see them... but even seeing their tracks must have been amazing!
