Finding the Time to Live the Life of Your Dreams

Thanks to my friend Sam I just discovered this great little article by Anne Lamott, Time lost and found. It is a great read and just the sort of reminder that we all need to focus on what is really important in life. Everyone has hopes and dreams of a life well-lived, full of love and adventure. But, how much of your life is spent in idle - reading twitter feeds, surfing facebook and blogs, watching another mindless show on television, or even scrubbing your floors to spotless perfection?

Lamott suggests "Turn off Twitter. And don't clean the house. That's what it takes to create the rich life you deserve." Not cleaning house is certainly something that I can get behind, but it may take a bit more to curb my internet addiction. It's worth trying though.
